Wow! What an incredible experience! First of all, I always say when you find a businessman that makes “eye to eye” contact on your first introduction, while trying to sale his or her product, adding into the mix, coming out after hours to service our needs around our work schedule, this is a person you can trust and that is what Senior Citizens need to know. Purchasing carpeting was made so easy with the Carpet Center and Floors, of Shelby Township store having a full stock of all sorts of colors and textures in carpeting and flooring. Not only was the Manager wonderful (Tony), but the installers were wonderful, arriving on time and doing a wonderful job of installing, moving furniture out the way and cleaning up after themselves. The weather was bad outside and they were very considerate by wearing booties over their shoes. The installers completed their task in a timely manner. Getting your home re-carpeted is no easy task. But the best of all to me was the “PRICE.” There was no “hidden” cost, free estimation and convenient low financing. Tony was “upfront” with what we would be charged and offered us a choice of different options to choose from – much appreciated! You could not beat the price for what we had done to our Condo. I called several carpet companies, but none touched Carpet Center and Floors expertise and pricing. I will be recommending Carpet Center and Floors to my family, neighbors and co-workers. “KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.”

I had a horrible experience at this place with the installers and manager. I got 2 bedroom carpets and a click lock wood looking floor into the downstairs living area. First they gave me the wrong total to pay and I had to owe them one hundred some dollars. Secondthe guys forgot their vacuums so I had to clean up all the carpet pieces. Then they cut jagged around the grates and I had to have them fix them. It took forever. The manager came to my house and just made excuses on why they didn't cut straight. I got no discounts and no apology. If I could show the pictures on here I would. Best not to risk the chance to go through what i did. I do not recommend this place

I had no idea what I was looking for except that I needed new flooring badly. I had 3 companies come to my home and it was a terrible experience to the point they wouldnt leave my home, and I almost gave up until a friend of mine told me about Carpet Center. What a great overall experience from the sales people to the installers, very helpful and knowledgeable, plus saved me over a thousand dollars. I would recommend everyone who needs flooring to not waste your time with the uncomfortable in home only guys.

Bought carpet here for my recently remodeled basement. The customer service here is fantastic! Even the installers were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for new carpet.
