So many plants and flowers!! It is so nice to see all the colors and aromas. I went to get some tomato plants for my garden and there is alot to chose from but i really wish i could find some pole bean plants that were started and some that don't cost so much. I am only growing them for 1 year not year after year

Worst experience I have ever had shopping. Tried to get cash back from my debit card at the self checkout register. After completing my purchase a message appeared telling me to see attendant for cash and receipt.. Attendant had no clue what was going on. My purchase was not in the system. I waited for close to 45 minutes before a manager finally came to talk to me. He was very rude and and seemed like he could care less about my issue. Speeding this up I got a call from the same manager telling me that they figured it out and I could pick up my money in an envelope that he would leave for me today.. I got to the store and they had no clue about an envelope.. I spent over half an hour there again today before a different manager finally got my money for me...I've shopped at Home Depot for a very long time. Might be time to switch to Lowe's

Paint dept had a nice worker who helped me pick out a roller. Lowe's gives 10% discount to ALL veterans, even if you are not active or retired. You just fill out a form. Home Depot does not do that.

Always find what I need. If I can't find it help is always available. This place is well stocked and clean.

This store has missed out on thousands of dollars from us in the past year. We remodeled our kitchen and replaced 4 major appliances. We bought these on two separate occasions at different stores, because we couldn’t get help at this store. We were super happy with the other stores. The employees were very helpful and we received really good pricing. Now, it is time to replace the kitchen flooring, landing and stairs. I came into this store once again and Chris was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. I took down his name and hours. Went home and shopped Home Depot online for cork flooring. When I came back in and asked a female employee for Chris, she said “ he’s just going to give you to me.” I told her I was wanting to order cork flooring. She brought me over to the only cork floor on display in the store and told me I would need to find my own contractor. I was bothering her. She got rid of me quick! I went to a nearby flooring store and I am having a very high quality cork floor installed next week. Again, thousands of dollars passed up. I finally learned. I will use this store for screws, lawn bags and fertilizer. They can rely on the contractors to spend big money here.
