I used this service when fitting vinyl flooring in my old flat. When I went into the store the first time, I looked around the dirty place and asked the owner if it would be done properly. He got offended and said this is a proper establishment and he is not selling things on the street (but he has shoes for sale outside his shop...lol). Anyway, they did the bedroom first which went fine and the contractor was really nice. Then i decided to get the living room done after a few months. He charged me a bit more this time as he saw I came back but I ignored it due to the good service. I was given next day service and was told the contractor would be there between 10am to 5pm. So I moved everything out of the room and waited and waited till 4:30pm. I called the store to ask if the contractor was coming and the owner was completely surprised by my call. He covered up by saying the contractor had an emergency and had to go to the hospital. I said that he should have let me know as I was waiting all day. The next day the contractor came and I asked him if he was ok as I heard he went to the hospital. He replied no, he was working up north in Peterborough that day. After this experience I was completely put off by the store owners professionalism. I needed to get my new home done but I never went back to this place.

We came here to get new carpets and have them installed, and I'm giving two stars instead of one because at least the carpets are installed albeit incorrectly. I really wouldn't recommend them for their service though. When they came to install the carpets, they came 40 minutes early, shouted at us over the phone, threatened to not install the carpets because we didn't know we were supposed to have a parking permit (never been an issue before), didn't come with all the carpets and had to go back to pick them up in the middle of the job, switched the orientation of the carpets so one side is slightly shorter than the other (that's after asking us to pay extra so that wouldn't happen), some more shouting at us and etc. I'd rather have no carpet than to ever use them again.

Appalling service. This fraudster has been paid to lay carpets in my house as well as linoleum. The linoleum wasnt glued properly, he hacked a huge hole and cut around a ceramic pedestal that wasnt static, water is pouring underneath, mould is everywhere, he hasnt glued the lino down, a complete amateur disaster. On top of this the carpet he laid was in several pieces. He simply cuts and glues the carpet down, completely amateur work and shoddy without any degree of professionalism. I phone politely to complain and he refuses to acknowledge any responsibility whatsoever. He shouts down the phone saying not my problem, refuses to even do a partial repair or refund. Please, take my word for it, this ghanian man who operates this cowboy business needs to be avoided at all costs, it really is money down the drain, which then seeps under the floor and goes mouldy.... Buyer Beware!
