UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION. In Dec 2016 my family and I ordered custom pine stairs from BRIAN GILES from this location. We were referred to this Timbr-Mart location through a friend. These stairs are very expensive and required BRIAN GILES to come to our house twice to measure for a perfect fit. When the first set arrived, they were too short in width and did not meet our requirements. A second set was then produced (took months and months of follow up to finally receive them), and they also did not fit. The second set was too wide. After dozens of emails and calls to BRIAN GILES and BOB the location owner, I have had ZERO response, and I am stuck with stairs that do not meet the dimensions that were required. The stairs cost $1,067.85 (PREPAID) and Midland Timbr-Mart has not done anything to rectify this order, and has completely lost the trust of myself and everyone that understands this situation. This has also left our famility with unsafe stairs with no railing as Midland Timbr-mart did not complete the stairs correctly. DO NOT order ever from this location. They do not care about the customer, and do not follow through on their order promises. BRIAN GILES is not trustworthy and should not provide customers with custom orders. This is very disappointing and I hope the corporate location follows up with them directly. All emails have been saved along with the original bill (No.4949216).

Great if you're a contractor. Not so great for regular customers. Store interior is not nice or retail oriented. They do have access to a wide range of products and lines you can order through the contractor desk. Have received some good but also some absolutely terrible cash out service.
