I have been to this location on a few occasions, impossible to get any assistance. One specific instance, 3 employees were standing around talking about their lunch break and other personal issues and not one of them would make eye contact to help customers in store, it was comical to say the least. When I finally was able to interrupt them and asked where I could locate an item they simply said "it's over back there" no one offered any assistance. I guess they were on a break. Other customers noticed their lack of work ethic. I have been to other locations and Milton definitely needs to do some work on their service levels. I will shop elsewhere when possible. Management you have quite a bit of training to do with your staff.

Not the best managers... inexplicably low customer engagement and satisfaction - The employees are untrained but the managers responsible do very little to help solve problems. They are not even familiar with their own selection of products and just say "Check online for more info" showing their lack of expertise. HomeDepot's staff is much more knowledgeable and trained and are more suited to help out.

This facility in the mall was meant to contractors and big guys only, IMO. Yhe service is always good here and fast as well. I live by Mississauga bran h and I can tell the difference of a morw-towards-retail facility but again, service and staff are great.

I’ve got to say, if I could leave a negative review I would. Another example of shoddy customer service standing behind ridiculous “policy”. Tried to return a shelving unit still in the unopened box currently being sold on the shelf in the same packaging. We were told there was nothing they could do because of the return policy....really??? Nothing you can do?!! Come on. We would’ve been been satisfied to get store credit to spend even more than the thousands already spent in there. Wow. Sticking to policy over customer care or loyalty. Corporate head office was no different! I’ll be spending the little extra to shop at smaller stores from now on and Lowe’s will not be getting my business for future project. Support Canadian! As an aside....spoke with the Burlington Lowe’s and after 5 min they gladly accepted it back and explained its at the managers discretion to take it back......policy right! Good work Milton Lowes you just lost a $20000 basement Reno!

After calling several contractors beginning in March we finally booked and paid over $5,000 for a small deck installation in mid April through Lowe’s in Milton. Then, a month later, 2 days before material delivery the contractor leaves a message to push out start date by two weeks. We are extremely dissapointed, as Lowe’s has had our money for all this time, with no interest paid, locking in our funds, but taking absolutely no liability for the work or contractor. We will be cancelling and looking for another company to meet our needs. What a royal waste of time and money.
