Sub standard work; most workers were very inexperienced, careless and sloppy for very high prices. Paid over $62k for main and upper floor. In the end floors are wavy (although I paid to level them) huge gaps between baseboard and floor, mis-stained, damaged cabinets. Constantly had to point out very obvious issues or they left them. They present themselves as professional, high end service providers but bring in some random people that have no idea what they’re doing. If you have a higher end home and are expecting and willing to pay for a professional job stay away, these guys are not it.

I have nothing bad to say about my experience with this company. Greg and his crew were quick, professional, and quality of work was great. Floors trim work, door casings, and installation of glass doors was flawless. Thank you Greg and Brandon for a job well done! I will definitely work with you guys again in the future!

Bottom line, this is a team stands behind their product. I had some super rough floors (30+ year old 3/8thick 1inch wide red oak strips, sanded almost to the nails) ... and now they look awesome. Great value for the work that was completed. Above and beyond. Stairs were chewed up.. areas needed replacing (they matched my old floors perfectly).. I wasn't expecting a miracle given the situation. They came and delivered. Cleaned up nice after too.

Greg's idea of customer service is not following up on poor work. Nails coming up through floor and ignores my emails and does not return calls. Poor scheduling. Do not recommend.

After 3 years of not being paid for flooring that Greg bought off us, it’s safe to say he doesn’t have the first clue on how to operate a business. Shady shady business. Stay away.
