Great Job Boys ... Had recieved your Co. name, in the manner of reference/referral from a friend who I have never doubted in our 20 years + of solid friendship ... All I can say is that I was pleasently surprised as I never had work of this kind done to the flooring in question, although I had seen shows on HGTV and other channels of the same type. I never would have guessed that the sanding of an old and neglected hardwood floor, after being buffed, then polished, and then given an applied treatment would reverse the gmdamage we had caused along with the prior owners. Bringing out more shine and glory then when we first moved into our home was a very revealing experience. The flooring looked great immediatley after the sanding, however it looked stunning after buffing, polishing, and then the topically applied solution was applied which brought out some kind of shine ... I'll tell you that! Whatever they then applied topically at the end brought the homes hardwood floor back to its pre-purchased state and I would evens say it looks even better ... Serious lustre shone right on through. This awesome job was completed in the time frame and price quoted. No additional money/expenditures dealing with this work had been asked of myself. My homes value has definatley increased, and if this didn't turn out so well, a for sale sign would have been knocked down into the lawn ... The whole process and afterthoughts have been anything but selling. More so about renovating, staying, paying off this home and then like others, placing the home on the market once it has been paid and truly mortgage free. Then if our decision is to sell to move on up to a newer and bigger property ... Although that is in the future, and we now feel no rush and it all can now wait!
