Sorry but this last time deserved a zero rating. I was in today to purchase some doors. Unfortunately the high school student manning the dept. barely made enough effort to pretend to do something. When he saw I wasn't going to leave he told me to wait for Mike the manager who should be back in maybe 5 to 10 minutes and then got up and left. If this is the level of service that is acceptable from parttimers, then Lowe's would be better off installing self help terminals.

I visited this location several times this month and have spent thousands of dollars. Most staff are not knowledgeable or just don't care. I met 2 proactive employees but met 4 employees that acted like me inquiring about purchasing something was a real bother to them. 2 guys in the bath furnishings department basically avoided me because one guy was new and totally incompetent and the second guy was surly. It typically takes a long time for staff to even find items. If you have to special order something, don't expect a notification when that item arrives, but do expect to be told that you were notified when you have to go in and ask. Today I got abandoned at the pick up counter for 20 minutes and had to ask a second staff member. The item I was waiting for was right under the desk. I let the assistant manager know that the team morale is poor. Home Depot is closer to me and is typically a more pleasant experience with lower prices. I only go here for the product selection, the unwilling staff make shopping here an unpleasant experience. The minimum wage hike should have invigorated you guys!

Terrible Service!!! We went to Lowes to purchase a Lawn Tractor this evening. It took the guy that worked at the counter about 20 minutes to acknowledge us. We went outside with him to look at the one we wanted to purchase. He said he needed to check the inventory. We went back inside to wait for him......but he never returned! We went to find him after about 20 minutes or so and we saw him chatting with his co-workers - he had changed out of his uniform and was getting ready to leave . Right in the middle of a sale!! We were shocked. We didn't want to waste another minute of our evening by questioning his actions, and we obviously walked out without purchasing the tractor. Note to management - train your employees on the basics of customer service and sales. I'm sure any of your competitors would be happy to take our hard earned money.

Jay really helped us out with picking our new flooring. He was really knowledgeable about laminate flooring and the benefits of different underlays. He helped us buy a matching transition piece that worked with our other room’s flooring. It was a no pressure sale and he was very courteous! I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to share that we didn’t have the same experience at all!

Waited nearly 30 minutes in the customer service line to simply pick up a package that was ordered online. There were about five other people in line behind us meanwhile the CS employees were answering phone calls instead of helping the customers. Customers were not being acknowledged whatsoever and manager was nowhere to be seen during this time.
