I recently had a sheet vinyl floor installed by Payne's. I paid the extra $600 to have them do the tear out and prep work of the sub floor. My floor never squeaked a bit prior to the install, Bill Sr admits this is true. It squeaks like crazy now. I have been put off for quite some time now, listening to one excuse after another as well as ridiculous reasons why this is not their fault. I asked Bill Jr. to explain why my floor squeaks . He got frustrated, called me an a@#hole and said "see you in court". They refuse to tear it up and fix it. They offer no solutions and no compensation. To add insult to injury I damaged the flooring just by pushing my dishwasher into place. I will be filing with the BBB soon and spreading the word everywhere possible to not patronize this business.

We would like to thank Jonathan and Ben for a fantastic flooring installation throughout our home. Payne’s Carpet Outlet has a great selection of flooring options and Jonathan guided me through choosing a great quality Shaw laminate that met our needs. Installation was professional and quick thanks to Ben’s expertise. We were very impressed with their great customer service and knowledge about their products. We have referred several friends and family to Payne’s Carpet Outlet. Our home is now complete with a gorgeous new floor thanks to Jonathan and Ben from Payne’s Carpet Outlet.

I have been coming here off and on for the past couple of years. My family and I own some rental properties in Niagara Falls, NY so we need carpeting from time to time. Payne's always has a great selection on remnants and the staff are very friendly. The job is always done correctly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
