Service was awful and made me feel like a criminal and wasted my time with their "hassle free price match" they looked for any excuse to deny my purchase that Canadian tire clearly had no problem assisting me with, and I heard 3 people in the 45mins I wasted at the service desk rant about how they will never shop there again because of the service they refused to provide. I have had countless unhelpful and absolute disregard for my business and will be canceling my commercial account with this establishment.

I can honestly say I do enjoy shopping at Lowes. Not every experience has been excellent but most times I can say have been very good. The staff are relatively helpful but sometimes the store seems to be understaffed. Overall the selection of products is very good, prices are reasonable.

Good: lots of inventory so you should be able to find anything you're looking for. Bad: quite a few staff walking around obviously trying to avoid customer contact (clock watching). So many frustrated individuals who couldn't get help. I didn't need help so was ok. Ugly: they don't accept tap which is inexcusable now - so no Google pay or anything. I think they still take hand written checks lol. Anyway, I actually had to leave and come back with an alternate payment method. They're lucky I did - next time I'll take my business elsewhere. Even Cdn Tire takes tap.

I go to this store cause it is close to home. Good selection of home renovation items but since it opened has fallen behind on keeping the store up to par.

Just picked up a deck box, patio dining set & a conversation set for an incredible price - amazing quality products, organized and tidied aisles - open until 10pm - only 4 stars because it just didn't seem like they had enough staff for all the customers - for example 1 person working in the outdoor section and there were 11 people in line to talk / looking to buy products - last day of a sale you would think they would have more staff.... but the prices made up for it
