I visited the plumbing department on Sunday May20 at approx. 3:45pm with a faucet valve stuck in my socket wrench due to trying to fix a leaky bathtub tap. Not only were they able to get the valve free, they gave me the parts to complete my task and all worked out beautifully!!! No more leaky tap and all for only $25. It being a long weekend and plumbing stores were closed, I was extremely thankful for the help! I only wish I had gotten the man's name who helped me! Hope he receives some recognition for all his help! Thank you, Marie

We are re-doing our kitchen and Lisa in kitchen design has bent over backwards for us. Their customer service is phenomenal. This is a huge modification in our house and the staff here are so knowledgeable. We had a bit of an issue cashing out and the manager Andrew and the person on cash was really great to make sure things worked out. Thank you guys!

Refused to price match Rona.... a store owned by the same company which doesnt make sense. Manager on duty said "we wont price match that". I would have saved $15 on $100... Went to home depot and price matched instantly. Will continue shopping at home depot. Lowes has lost another customer.

It's as good as you can expect from a big box store. Markups are a little high compared to equivalent Amazon purchases for some things but they tend to offer no tax days and gift certificates on qualified purchases to make up for it.
