By far the best home and renovation store. The staff here are the most helpful and easiest to find. Finding someone to talk to you there is one of the most important factors for me when I need something. They seem to have the best deals both on products and on financing options when purchasing things. They're installers are decent. Otherwise their selection and options don't stand out in particular but they always have what I'm looking for. When I have a choice about where I'm shopping for a renovation material I choose Home Depot. They always made buying big lots of things and having my contractor pick them up easy

Can't find my receipt to do the store survey but recently got a package deal that included a Ryobi table saw and 1 other item of choice. In our case we picked out a cordless drill. Turned out the one we had brought to the counter was a an entire starter kit (not the one eligible for the package deal). After a few minutes of looking into it the cashier came back with Wayne who just let us upgrade to the starter kit for the same price without us having to ask. I work just around the corner so I know the impact of customer service like this! Thanks Wayne.

Excellent location and the majority of time the item I am looking for is in stock. Competition tends to have items on sale more often that Home Depot. Returns are fairly straight forward, only issue is with larger items if there is an issue. I had purchased a large tool workstation which weighed over 400 pounds and required me to rent a delivery truck. Once the item was delivered and removed from the box/create (not damaged by the way), several of the drawer slides were damaged during assembly. Home Depot wanted me to return the workstation, at my cost, in order to swap it out. It was cheaper for me to purchase new slides and install them myself than to get another delivery truck. Aside from that I have had no issues with this location.

I thought I'd mention, my mother and I were in on the weekend and a young fellow named Colton helped us. He was fabulous! When he didn't know the answer to our question he asked another worker and helped us find all the items we were looking for! (Which were somewhat compliciated)
