What a great store! A fellow in the paint department (Mike?) was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased much more than I thought I would but I needed everything he suggested. My project worked out perfect and I got everything in one trip!

Great selection of merchandise and a friendly, helpful but not pushy staff. Items not in-stock can be ordered in store and are usually available within 2 days. Their !umber is more expensive than other national big box chains.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of product to choose from. Always choose this hardware store before I would use the other hardward stores

Friendly helpful staff. Locally owned and operated franchise. Prices are slightly higher than big box home repair stores.

A larger and better home hardware than I would've thought St. Thomas would warrant. Well lit, well stocked, spacious, and well staffed. A business practice a really notice and appreciate is how many staff they run with - no skeleton crew bare minimum, they have staff at all stations and multiple cashiers, plus more staff out and about. Easily twice the staff of any comparable sized store.
