Always an exceptional experience at Shelburne Home Hardware. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A welcoming hello with a smile when we arrive and a cheerful good day when we leave. I always find staff and managers go above and beyond for their customers. When I couldn't properly fit a larger item I had purchase fully in my vehicle I asked if I could have some rope to help secure it. The staff came back and said the manager said they didn't feel comfortable with me driving home with the back hatch half open with my son in the car so they offered to follow me home with my item in a truck. I was very thankful and appreciative it. This gesture blew me away and made me feel like I wasn't just a number entering the store. Thank you.
