Brian has refinished the hardwood floors in three of our bedrooms. Not only is he extremely profession, he is great at what he does. He was able to do some very tight spaces in closests and corners. The natural finish is exactly what we hoped for. The first floor was done 5-6 years ago and looks as great as the day he finished. Great cleanup when the job was done and extremely fair prices.

About a year ago, Brian's team of two nice young men refinished about 1200 sq ft of my main floor. Floor was narrow board 1950-1960 age. After two days the floor was done, Ebony stain, two coats of polyurethane. The floor looks great! They filled random holes (previous cables) with cork can't tell. I recommend Brian and his team. After seeing the couple low ratings here I decided to post this. All floors are different, someone refinishing a floor can only do as well as the wood allows. Set your expectations correctly. My floor was covered in carpet for 40 years it was in good condition just an old finish.

They sanded the floors and refinished them. We where told it would take a week. We paid several thousand dollars. It took about 3 days. The house was empty. We asked for a natural finish. We got a dull finish. The floors were not smooth. The edges extremely rough, inside corners not done. The floor itself felt rough to the touch. Said his machine could not get in them. In the meantime the finish has started to wear through areas and other areas appeared pourous. I could go on and on. He used our washer and dryer to clean his rags. He would only come back do spot repairs when contacted. Which would not fix the problems as it had to be completely resanded and refinished. We ended redoing the job ourselves, floors, edges and inside corners smooth and beautiful. Would I use his service again definitely not. Do your homework.

Terrible Service! Brian came to my house after rescheduling an appointment to quote refinishing my floors, this reschedule happened to be while I was at work. I allowed him into my house to view the floors so he could provide a quote. While on the phone we agreed to a price to refinish my floor, Brian said he would call me the next day to setup a time to begin work on the project. In his words, work could be started within a couple weeks. I did not hear back from Brian the next day and he has not returned my multiple calls and voicemails on any day since that conversation on the phone over three weeks ago. I do have a genuine concern for Brian that he is still in good health as I cannot imagine another reason for not replying to what would have been a happy customer's repeated offers to give him my business and money. If Brian is still in good health I can only assume that he has retired, gone out of business, or has taken his talents to another country as he is refusing to take on new customers and their projects. Brian if you are still in Canada please let me know that you are OK, you have numerous voicemails with my number clearly stated on them. If anyone else knows of Brian's whereabouts please let him know that I am worried about him since he seemingly vanished from the face of the Earth
