Very helpful employees on the phone. Charles was especially helpful answering questions about fixing a leaky basement. When I went in, the lady in front was cheery and helpful too. The gentleman at the back did not have a smile in return for mine, but he did immediately point to the Quikrete I needed. Another gentleman crossing my path on the way to the cash registers made up for it by giving me a very cheery Good morning, with a big smile and a vigorous nod. There was only one cash register open with an attendant on hand. I needed to pay with cash and there was a line of about 6 people in front of me. I went instead to the service desk, where I was taken care of quickly and courteously.

1 star is to high of a rating. We spent about $6000.00 in the last 6 weeks at Lowes. We bought 11 interior doors paid to have them delivered almost half where sprung or warped. I spent a Sunday chasing doors for my carpenter too install. Would not refund delivery charge. This weekend we bought a gazebo to go over the grill. The legs where bent took pictures went to Lowe's that wasn't enough proof they wanted me to tear it down. It's about 90 minutes one way. I think I am going back to Home Depot.

We bought a shower tub combination there and payed for delivery. It was not delivered on the date promised and when I called the store they were not helpful AT ALL. They told me they contract their shipping out and there was nothing they could do. This should be pointed out at the time of purchase. Would not recommend Lowes .

Employees never want to help customers or are bothered by people asking questions. You should train your employees better on customer service. I'll shop at home Depot were they are friendly.

Need to have more people working for a Saturday. Had to wait all most 45 minutes for them to get something down from a top shelf. Should be more a where of there inventory and have things moved when they run out of them on tbe bottom shelves
