Just had my kitchen floor and bedroom carpet redone. Very helpful and kind. Very competitive pricing! The guy that does the installation is very nice and does a great job.

Fantastic service. I've never had a carpet contractor that I regularly used until now. Lots of knowledge and the install guys were just as nice and knowledgeable as the sales staff.

The new linoleum floor is fine - nicely aligned and carefully installed. BUT, I have a trap door in the middle of the kitchen floor (the floor that was redone) that has to be lifted to get into my basement. The installers used very flimsy hinges when they replaced that door. One was completely unusable, and I couldn't close the trap door properly. After several phone calls, the hinge was "fixed," but it wasn't, and the next time I tried to close the door, it cam completely undone. I called again, and I was told that the problem was with the wood frame. When I pointed out that the door worked fine for the 19 years I'd previously used it, I was pretty much dismissed. Now I have to find a carpenter to fix it properly. I paid real money for the installation. I'm quite disappointed.

I just had my kitchen, living room, basement, and bedrooms installed and they look beautiful! Very professional installers, and the best prices around, especially for the product and quality. I will definitely be seeing you again in the near future for area rugs :)

Had some renovations done to my home. We went through carpet connection for our flooring and that was the best choice we made. The service was great and the installation process is quick and it looks AMAZING! I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for flooring. #HappyCustomer
