Hired plancher CL from a friends referall to install hardwood floors in my condo. The Owner David came to my place with samples and gave me a quote on the spot. 2 weeks later came for the install. It took 3 days. They took really good care of moving the furniture around with care. The job is really nice and the owner really made me confident and was super nice. Great Price!

We chose Planchers CL to re-finish our hardwood floors, and to build a new staircase to basement and put new basement flooring. We paid the deposit and all was going well until they needed to finish the job with the finishings we had agreed on for the staircase (some mouldings and stringers). Then they started claiming that it was pretty much all finished and that we should pay them. That they would come back for the last details because they needed to order the last bits. Well, fast forward a month and our staircase still does not have the finishings we had agreed on and they have no plans to finish the job properly. Quite disappointed. Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars because they did complete the job today, although about 2 months after getting paid in full.
