If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Warranty is useless. Manufacturer refuses to replaced warped pieces. Avoid at all costs.

Warning to all. Avoid this manufacturer at all costs. $25,000 worth of engineered hardwood floor was installed by a certified installer and reseller of Power Dekor flooring. Where to begin. Our house is roughly 30 years old and enjoyed 25 years of solid hardwood through several rooms and 15 years of another style of solid hardwood. We had absolutely no issues but wanted to update during a major renovation. Fast forward to 2017 we had 2400 sq. ft installed - engineered maple...we were led to believe it was more resilient to factors such as humidity and wear and tear. By the end of 2017 our floor had begun cupping, de-laminating in specific areas only, including areas that had trouble-free hardwood for years. One such board that was slightly covered by our kitchen table (nothing on it just hidden) actually caused my 5 year old to slice her foot open. Other traffic areas are entirely fine, no visible signs of appearance changes. Fast forward to 2018, it's been MONTHS of dealing with the manufacturer as the installer referred us to do. The manufacturer has denied any sort of responsibility and declared the root cause to be conditions in our household. This is entirely disappointing and I will do everything within my network to share my story. The manufacturer has asserted that our Nest thermostat is "inaccurate" in reading humidity, our 2 very large dehumidifiers running yearly when required are also inaccurate. Our whole-house humidifier system and HVAC has mysteriously been labelled as a possible culprit - despite being installed 12 years ago. Humidity was consistently maintained throughout the year. About half of our floor has unacceptability cupped, warped, and simply not maintaining the original flush appearance. $25,000 down the drain. They also told me to inject a epoxy into squishy boards! Poor quality control and even worse customer service.

Purchased their product at Home-Depot Sudbury 6 weeks ago. Product is breaking apart from the surface. When I called the store an associate told us they were not sure if this company was still in business. Needless to say Home Depot gave me a store credit for future replacement. Avoid this companies products at all cost

We installed the Artisan series hardwood in our home and it looks stunning. The color depth is gorgeous it completely transformed our main floor. The installer said it was quality product and blew through the installation faster than he thought. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting to upgrade their floors.
