I REALLY like this store, AND the staff. Since I moved into the area, I've been here often enough and ordered big items and small, patio doors and the like. Generally speaking the staff are well experienced and helpful. If they don't have it, they'll direct you to somewhere that does. It's not your big box H or R-Depot, but they do carry a good variety of most items and tools. The only reason I would give a 4 star and not a 5 is the Sunday closure, but I've learnt to pickup what I need in the hours they are open. I wonder how can shoppers can complain about the hours when they are posted on the store front and on line? ....Whiners

The staff here are very fun to chat with. They're very experienced, and will usually guide you towards the right decisions. Most returns are accepted, except special orders, and items with missing parts.

Chitty service, liars about wood pellet storage time and conditions. Arogant management!
