These guys do not mess around, my basement flooded twice within 24 hours and they were on site removing water within minutes. They handle EVERYTHING from documenting and removing ruined items, cleaning what can be salvaged, and scheduling sub-trades. Thanks and keep up the good work guys!

Formerly Two stars for decent cleaning job, down to One for wasting hours and not doing small cleaning tasks asked of them. Its taken over a week and a half for basic cleaning job after a house fire although. All they have to do is wipe smoke from walls and cupboards and floors. I have done cleaning in past and have done far worse houses in the third of the time with less people. An already fairly clean kitchen should not take a group of people 3 plus days to do, nevermind the rest of the house. My father has worked with these people in past and neither of us trust them alone with valuable objects. They have broken things and spent a fair bit of time on their phones, and left a mop dripping next to the clean counter where clean dishes are.

Restorex was nothing short of amazing! We had our basement flood a week before Christmas and also the same weekend as we had our first baby, so to say we were stressed is an understatement. We called them at 1am and they were at our house in what felt like 5 minutes to pump out the water. They took all of our belongings to clean and sanitize and the items that we got back were returned in even better condition then we had them in. They allowed us to store our stuff with them until our basement was fixed and that was another huge weight lifted knowing our stuff was in good hands. They were always accommodating, they dealt directly with our insurance company and everyone we talked to directly/indirectly were super understanding and very friendly! Will be recommending you guys to anyone who needs it!

As others have mentioned. Service after install is very disappointing. They do something "nice and for free" and it just added more work for me to do and mess because the "nice and free" stuff wasn't installed properly.
