The Gentleman that worked in the bathroom section was awesome he knew his products, was a people person and enjoyable to talk with. The way Lowe’s has their delivery system set up is deplorable. Don’t even try to change the time of delivery, as no one that works in either the third party delivery company and definitely not the manager on duty during a Sunday shift can think of how to work with a customer. Unprofessional is an understatement!

The people who run this location have contempt for their customers, their product, and quite likely humanity in general. When I go into Lowe's, I feel like I'm entering a Kafkaesque hell where nobody is available to help, everything is out of stock, and in the unlikely event I actually find the item I'm looking for out of sheer luck, all the self checkouts are dead and the cashiers have long disappeared. Maybe it's a Just For Laughs gag, and I'm just not in on the prank. Maybe it's all a terrible dream. Maybe I did something terrible in a past life and this is my retribution. Anyway, go literally anywhere else in the city (Tim Horton's, garbage dump, neighbour's shed) and you'll have a higher chance of finding what you're looking for than at this Lowe's.

Waiting at paint department for 20 minutes...so far...for somebody to just show up. Awful customer service. Super expensive too.

It's easy to dislike a store like Lowe's; most of the time when I go there it's mid home reno and I need an oddball widget that I'll need to customize in order to fit in exactly the right spot in order to get water flowing into the house again, I'm in a bad mood, stressed out, and ready to be mad about anything. Thing is, Lowe's almost always has that widget I need, plus all the tools I need to reconjigger the widget. Lowe's is my one stop shop choice for home reno's, they have lots of stock and their prices are, at least, competitive. I don't bother asking for help, I've never encountered somebody working there who has any idea where anything is, but I'm used to looking after myself anyway.

Three things I currently need are not in stock. Oh well, they're cheaper elsewhere anyway. Recently bought a Nest smoke alarm here. The power connector was missing from the box. They keep them locked up behind the counter so it was either a return not checked properly or an employee took it. Another wasted trip.
