Friendly employees always ask if you need help, good selection of items from kitchen to yard products. Some aisles are a bit narrow due to amount of stock, might be an issue for wheelchair access if that applies to you.

Great local small business. Friendly and very helpful. Good alternative to the big box stores.

If you need seeds, jars, BBQ, nails, screws, keys, glue, chains, and helpful service go here.

After sixteen years, I still prefer Reid's to any other hardware store. If they don't have it, they will order it. If there is a less expensive substitute, they will point that out. Just too bad that the city, in its wisdom has forced the customers to pay for parking. Okay for those of us who can walk and carry, but unfortunate for those who are elderly and disabled.

I have been dealing with Fred at his Sutherland area store for the last 16 years and I can honestly say every visit has been terrific. Fred is very knowledgeable and great to visit with when he has time. The overall selection and value is great. It is wonderful to have a neighborhood hardware store where the staff call you by name.
