I picked out a carpet in July and waited until Sept to actually contact them for availability. The carpet I had selected was no longer available. Rachel helped me pick out another using my Sherwin Williams color. The new carpet, was actually less expensive. They installed my carpet today! The installers were early and finished in 4.5 hours. It is soft, comfortable and will last for years to come. I had a great experience and I'd use them again in a heart beat!! Thanks R&S for the great customer service, and a fabulous product!!!

Ray came to do an estimate on refinishing and installing new floors for us today at our College Grove Home. He was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, thorough and patient with all my questions and amazing with our dogs! He went out of his way to be kind to our demanding dogs with handshakes and petting them. He even played ball and laser chase with Sandy and got her balls out from under the couch. She did not want him to leave.

Unfortunately we were very unhappy with our experience with R&S. We had high hopes when the start of the process was so wonderful with Rachel and Andrew. As the project began, things started to fall apart. The original crew was subbed out which we were told would not happen. They did not sand and refinish multiple spots, the stain color did not match the original floors, multiple thresholds were not completed and not completed as promised, all while we were being hounded for payment and getting minimal response from the office about fixing the issues. Finally, the crew came back again to address these issues. After they left, parts of the project were still not completed. Andrew told us "it would be too expensive for me to call a crew out here again", so he and his coworker came out multiple days for hours to try to complete the work that a professional crew could have completed in less than an hour. In the end, we paid over $4000 for a job that we are still not happy with. I will never use R&S again, nor would I recommend anyone else to use them.

Ray and the team at R&S Flooring are wonderful. Ray was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I felt very comfortable dealing with him and never felt like I was being sold something. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends and clients.
