The gentleman in building supplies was very helpful. He even let me borrow his tape measure to go out and measure the back of my car to make sure the drywall would fit, which it wouldn't. So grateful I didn't have to buy it first to figure that out!

Things are a little hard to find even with location information from app. Check out person was friendly, the employee we asked for help locating something, not so much. We found it on our own.

Each time I visit, I have helpful associates who answer my questions, give directions, and even take me to areas where I can find items I need. It is a pleasant place to shop. Special thanks to Dorene and Tonya.

Because I have a Lowe's card I will go to Lowe's before any other hardware store, for t HD e discount. But if you think you need help from a "professional " to get what you need, don't shop after 4pm. Most knowledgeable staff will be gone by then. Just my experience.

This store's garden department faces Edwards Lake Road but their sign is large enough to see from a distance. It is a big-box home improvement store easily accessible by the handicapped. My biggest beef and thus the four stars is their lack of help. I shouldn't have to walk across several departments to find an associate.
