This Lowe's is tucked right off the interstate and is a great store. They are always stocked with the items that I need. It is quick and convenient to my neighborhood. The staff is always helpful and reliable.

Bought for blinds. Got home and all four were the wrong size, brought them back and talk to the manager, he went to the back and cut more blinds and only had one come out the right size and smugly offered it to me at half price. I declined.

Called looking for a tool was transferred from department to department no one asked to help of since it was not their problem they did not want to assist. I then get a hold of a manager Matt or Mack not sure as he did not want to give his name. Just to tell me that it was the best his people could do. To bad there is not a negative scale for them. If there was a better way to run a three ring circus they would be out of business

Still speechless at the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. Returned a $900 Weber grill today and decided I will NEVER shop at a Lowes again strictly based on their customer service( if you could even call it that). Was hung up on three times by customer service in one day. Last person told me to go to Home Depot. I had already paid for the grill and was simply waiting for assembly. When I got to the store, the support manager, Barbara simply told me "okay" to my experience. Not a "I am sorry, let me look into this, let me see how I can fix this".... and when I asked if that was all she was going to do, she said, "ma'am, I am writing an email and I am scattered right now". I still have no words. Just know I will never shop here again and will tell any and everyone about my experience. I just purchased the exact same grill from Home Depot- will be here by Friday and assembled. Night and difference in customer service.

Horrible customer service. Again. I swear this store is understaffed or they intentionally hire lazy employees. I have tried shopping here a few times in the past 7 or 8 years. I always have the same experience. I love Lowe's and this one is conveniently located so I keep trying. I have even spoken to the manager. I got the same customer service.
