Lowes Home Improvement Store is without a doubt one of my favorite places to shop. More often than not they have what I'm looking for, but they also know where to go if they don't have what I need. They are helpful with tips on how to do most projects and have even referred me to people, contractors, that don't do some of the projects that I can't do myself or they don't do. Return policies are simple and no hassle, like they are at most places. Their restrooms are clean and well supplied, unlike a lot of places these days. Their prices are competitive with stores like Ace and Home Depot. The staff is help, courteous, and most importantly friendly.

Love the Lawn and garden guys who load and prepare the orders. They do a tremendous job getting things completed quickly. Although I was a little miffed it took 6 hours before the customer service desk gave the guys the order. I placed the order at 8:50am. I went by to check on it since I had not heard from them at 3:30pm the same day and the young lady said she had just given the guys the order. Seriously... but it worked out in the end. The guys worked through it very quickly. Front end needs some lessons on gossiping in front of customers but other than that all went well.

The young lady that works in the return center. She was Wonderful!! I had about 6 receipts for about 10 items. I didn't know what item or items went with what receipt. She said No problem and found everything within 5 minutes. She was nice and polite to me. I will trade more with Lowe's because of the way this young lady treated me.

Good luck finding anyone if you need help. Employees are pretty much worthless knowledge wise. Go to home depot up the street

Great selection. Overpriced. Hard to get assistance most any day or time. Plenty of cashiers. Not a long wait once you locate what you're looking for.
