We've had poor, mediocre & excellent service from this store. Shopping is great, finding help is great, managers & associates are great, restocking is maintained very well. BUT, The appliance warranty service provider through them on our washer has been a nightmare! We've lost many hours at work and, consequently lost that hourly pay. Fortunately we still have jobs even though we missed too many days! Also, our new refrigerator wasn't sealing, so we lost a few days pay, a fridge full of food, including the frozen stuff; applied for reimbursement, never heard back from them! Lowe's is good, but beware of their appliance service provider. I hope & pray for good results from that last warranty visit for our washer.

They was so quick to stop and ask us if we needed help. I've had several experiences to where the employees at the Lowe's in Anniston especially just walk right by you and never ask if you need help but the one in Oxford was great. Quick question though, why doesn't Lowe's in Oxford sell Coca-Cola products? That alone Almost makes me want to shop at home Depot more.

We purchased a dryer.Lowe's had the lowest price. They have good prices. If you know what you want. Lowe's is great. But, it's hard to find someone to help you.

ZERO Stars as far as appliance delivery goes. We ordered a new refrigerator, and had it delivered. The main door was scratched and dented as the delivery guys brought it in. We contacted the store and they said they would do a door replacement. After a week of getting the run around over the phone, we went to the store, and the delivery manager said he would just replace the entire refrigerator, and it would be delivered the following morning. The following morning, the replacement came, and was dented in both doors before the delivery guys got in the house. After hearing all the excuses about why we might not get a brand new refrigerator that looks new, we decided to send them both back and get a refund. Don't sell me a scratch n dent item as new! My 17 year old Roper refrigerator still looks new! Why cant I get a new model that looks new? Why would you expect me to pay for a new refrigerator, and then give me excuses about not receiving a new refrigerator in mint condition? Took a total of 20 days from date of purchase. Totally unacceptable! The main problem could have been avoided all together if there was some work ethic in people now days instead of lazy man thinking. If the first delivery guys would have properly measured, and did as we suggested, take the refrigerator doors off before bringing it in, we would have a new refrigerator, and all parties would be happy. Also, the second delivery guys, cussed the entire time they were here, and upon removing the refrigerator's, damaged the carpet, chipped the paint on the banister, and damaged sheet rock at the bottom of the stairs.

Great. Purchased lumber and building materials for my deck building project. My wife and I were looking at the lumber choices and we're approached by your employee Larry. He was very informative and helped us with our entire selection. Assisted me with the loading and even went back inside to get a red flag to attach on the lumber overhanging my tail gate. Although at least 2 other of your employees passed by us with a smile and a nod. Larry was the only one to approach us and guide us through the entire purchase. A great guy and complete asset to the Lowe's team.
