We have been using Etowah Flooring for years and have always appreciated their honesty and personal service. This is a family owned company and both Mark & Michael are fantastic to work with, along with all other employees. We definitely recommend them for all flooring needs!

Value = Good price and Excellence in service. When you fine both it’s a treasure! Roger and Paul both fit that profile. Not selling you something you don’t need but finding the right solution for your vision. (I never told them I did flooring in a distant past as a test see what direction they would go) Like every job in an older home, there are always complications and these are two guys you can count on when the difficulties are stacked against you! We were new to the area and could have turned to a big box store for safety in numbers, but I’m 1000% satisfied in our refinished hardwood and carpet replacements!!! A true craftsman team at Etowah. Thank You.

Literally the worst service I have ever had. The flooring team sent to my home literally used my 2 year old daughters restroom as a bathroom. Urine, chemicals and only God knows what else is all over her bathroom. I am having to hire a professional cleaner to sanitize it. Why would you use a childa bathroom when there was literally a guest room with an adult guest bath maybe 10 feet away!?! Completely disgusting. No friend, colleague, or enemy of mine will ever use this company. I can promise you that! Management is extremely unreaponsive and deflects accountability and full of excuses- often attempting to shift blame to the customer. Completely unorganized. If i could give 0 stars i would. To top that off, my dishwasher was removed to complete the job, and its STILL in my garage 2 days after the job was finally completed after multiple days of no worker being present at all, or showing up at 4:30pm! Worst experience ever with a contractor provided by an insurance company. I will be selecting my own and conducting my own research and inteviews from now on. You guys really should be ashamed. It was my 2 year olds bathroom for Gods sake!...and it looks like a damn port-o-potty.

Loved working with these guys. I'm giving them 5 stars even though it took an extra week to get our carpet to us. I worked with Ramone and he was really nice and helpful. He walked through all of the options with us and helped us make an informed decision. We love our carpet and will go back to these guys next time we need carpet.
