I purchased kitchen cabinets and appliances through the home depot. These were both nightmares. I ordered 9 cabinets in January 2018. I received over 15 due to damages during shipping. I finally received the final cabinet undamaged....after about 3 attempts in the middle of May. I was never offered any discount. I had to get the store manager involved multiple times. I then made the mistake of buying appliances at home depot in July 2018. I bought a stove, dishwasher and fridge. I received the dishwasher and fridge on time, but the stove was on back-order. I did not find this out until 4 weeks after i purchased the stove. After about 8 weeks the stove arrived....wait for it....damaged! Shocker! I sent the stove back at the end of august and was then told it was on back-order until November. I cancelled this order and purchased another stove. I purchased installation through the home depot for the dishwasher and stove. After never hearing from the dishwasher installer for over a month I once again had to get the store manager involved and finally they showed up. The employees are nice and polite but everyone in the store seems clueless about how anything works. Maybe I just had two bad experiences but they are enough for me to never purchase through them again. I would steer very very clear of purchasing appliances or kitchen cabinets from them. I work in the construction industry and the south parkway store is the most unorganized company/store I have ever seen in my life. I know that if they were a subcontractor on a project I was working on they would be laughed out of town because of their incompetence.

Store hours say that I'm Depot opens at 6:12 but garden shop does not. So if you plan to go at 6 to the garden shop park near the inside register not the garden shop beer getting heavy stuff and a lot of stuff. And I needed someone to help me lift my soil into the car and it took the guy forever and I had to do it so there's that too not too on the ball

They have pretty much anything you need for lawn care, building materials, or things for around the house and grounds.

Very rude saleslady older person, in the flooring department. Treated me like I was a dummy when I asked for correct pricing on some shelf liner paper. Next time I will go to hobby lobby. Thanks for asking!
