I am closing on my first house this Wednesday. I need a refrigerator. I went to look at the refrigerator section at Lowe's and I got there at about quarter after 7 pm. I encourage you to never go to Lowe's after 7:15 p.m. on a Sunday. The reason why is that all the employees were talking to each other and no one wants asked me if I needed any help. In fact, the one employee that I asked about scratch and dents got a cell phone call in the middle of me talking to him and he answered it and asked me to hold on. I looked at their refrigerator offerings and some of them are good and some of them were bad, at least in my opinion, what do I know? While I was looking at the offerings, with my girlfriend on Duo, a lady came over the intercom saying that the store was closed. I never had an employee come over and tell me to leave, but after the third such call over the public-address system I started to make my way towards the door. Never once did anyone ask me if I found everything that I was looking for. Never once did anyone ask me anything. When I got to the door a lady pulled open the sliding mechanical doors and didn't say anything to me as I left. This has been one of the most profoundly disappointing Expeditions that I've ever made to Lowe's, and although I would have always considered myself more of a Lowe's person than a Home Depot person, I'm going to buy a refrigerator from anyone else other than Lowes. I'm not sure if I'm so bold as to say that I will never shop at Lowe's again, but I've got a couple of Grand in my pocket that are not going to them with this move.

I had a wonderful experience, Thanks to Manager Jeremy. Anthony in Promotional Dept was helping me, however he didn't take it to the next level so I asked him to please get me the most powerful Manager available. When Jeremy arrived we explained the situation. He then asked me what it would take to make this purchase right for me! I told him and he is making it happen..I'm very ☺ with the out come of this.... Thank You Anthony for getting me started & Thanks Jeremy for closing..😍

Being very tech savvy you would think that most things here would be pretty easy to find for me. In my case I am the worst mechanic you will ever meet if it doesn't have to do with technology. The staff here was able to help me with exactly what I needed and even offered alternatives if it didn't work the way I hoped.

Extremely helpful associates, I asked a question and received an accurate response. Oh, keep in mind I didn't have to wonder about for several minutes before I saw an associate, readily available and eager to assist. Also, the cashier was very friendly and helpful.
