I love my Lowe's! But today I wanted mulch for the sale price of $2.00. I got turned away because it wasn't in the sale paper, but online it showed it was on sale and that store had over 6000 bags. She wouldn't check to see if it would ring up at $2.00 So I went to customer service after she said I would have to order it myself via the internet and then pick it up. What???! Lowe's has never treated me this way. Customer service checked to see what it rang up as and behold, $2.00. They sold me 50 bags and I was on my way. OK Lowe's, don't become that store....

I'm a college student and very "unhandy" when it comes to home projects. Went into the store and had multiple, friendly encounters with the associates who helped me find what I needed for a very reasonable price. Had a very positive experience when being checked-out, too. Overall, I received great customer service and will definitely be back soon. :)

Great interview with ASM Brad, laid back, but be ready to answer questions in depth with good description, quality, an honestly. Great communication between the interviewer and I.

Bought a tile cutter/ break from there. Might have had to do with the tile itself, but couldn't make cuts 2" without it breaking. Took the tile to Lowe's to cut there. They advertised .50$ a cut. They couldn't cut it because they couldn't open a pad lock. They actually told me to go to home depot.
