Great place to find anything you need for your home. Prices beat anyone. Management is awesome.

I have very unhappy with this store. We are working on cabinets for our home. First, we go to them with a design. They ordered our cabinets supposedly but they never came in. A year later we go to get what we need and they are out of order. Then I return today and they have everything we need. My husband loaded everything into a cart. When we got to the front they said they can’t sell them to us. A customer was purchasing them. This is very disappointing. They should have sold us what’s available and their customer could have waited until the next truck. Very disappointing. We were told it would be 3 weeks before we could get our cabinets in again. We will not trust that again. Once we finish our tile project we will no longer support this store.

On 11/25/2017, I witnessed and received the rudest and most unappreciative customer service for some time at SW-Opelika. Tony, the salesperson found it necessary to raise his voice in a condescending manner to my elderly contractor and took much more time I'm sure to retrieve the items that had been purchased than was needed. If i could have returned the cabinets already installed our kitchen, I would have gladly done so. Tony offered a half hearted apology which he could have kept nor did he assist in loading the cabinets that had just been purchased. Not everyone working in customer service is there to assist and on this particular visit, Tony should has been in the stockroom.
