The lady who helped me in the plumbing section was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She was very knowledgeable, and very nice. Thank you!

We live in Columbus we call the Home Depot in Phenix City and asked if they had a certain part for a toilet. They said they did we gave them the part number they said they had it. So we drove all the way over there at 5 clock traffic. And they did not have it. So instead of telling the truth and say no ma'am we do not have it we can order it for you he just plain out lied. We had to order it from Amazon in Home Depot's parking lot. I could have ordered it from Home Depots site but I would not order anything from them after you lie to me thank you from Linda Bowman

I am a Female 57 I went in to purchase decking the young man who helped me treated me like I was a bother. I needed wood in a 14 foot length no off to cut it off. Keep stacking unusable wood like a 4x4 with an inch missing on one side about 5 feet long. When I went to the front to pay I ask for help loading up they said someone is out front he started loading and I got in the back of the truck to help lift it on ( I had ask for help) he coico not load without someone to help him. I purchased straps to tie the load down the young man could not operate the straps. I had to sit for an hour to let someone else drive to help me while the cashier's came looking out the door watching the struggle. Treated like a bother. Home Depot .You can do it. If you need no help.

Everything was placed in a area that made our items easy to find. Casher in Garden shop, was very sweet, and help me find the certain plants I was looking for.
