I visited the garden center looking for a plant they listed online. I never found it and settled for something else. Almost no staff in that area. The only staff not on a register said she was only moving carts and didn't know anything. Great selection if you know what you are looking for but don't expect help. This has been my experience on multiple trips to the store.

I have bought a dryer with complimentary delivery. On the delivery day I waited in my house for the whole time and no-one shows up. They didn't even called me for any updates . I decided to go to the local store to know what was going on. When i went back to the store to find out the problem, i was told that the delivery was rescheduled in a week. WTH . If the delivery day has changed the easiest thing to do is to call me for an update. I now requested to pick up the dryer myself with help to load it in my truck. It took them 20min to get it from the back. Then I was told to go open the trunk of my truck. They left me in 34 degree weather for another 15min. I had to go back to the store to beg them to help. I then got home and unloaded the dryer and it was a wrong model. Poor service ever. Very disappointed. Stacia the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional with a big mouth. We can give you your money back. Yes that's how you treat customers. Give me my money back. Worst ever. I do not recommend this store. Go to office depot

As a 100% Disabled Veteran I had shown my military ID to receive the “10%” Military discount. I was told I had to go to the Customer Service desk, apply for a “My Lowes” Card first, and give them my phone number. All just to purchase some weed and feed. I have a broken back and am in a wheelchair at times. I told her “NO THANKS”. Went to Home Depot, picked up the items I needed, shown my Military ID to the lady, received the 10%, and left. Thank you Lowes for treating Disabled Veterans who have sacrificed everything for you so you can us like a 3rd class Citizen. I will never spend another penny in you stores. Also, I am ashamed to call myself an ex-employee.

Great experience!!! I got everything I needed at a reasonable price and rest customer service. Even the other customers were willing to help.

This is the worst visit I have ever encountered at this Lowe's. I asked someone where were the attic stairs and she gave me bad info. I finally got the right information because she had to ask someone else. But the young man that came to help me after I had to push the help button and waited was not very knowledgeable either. I wanted the stairs that was 22.5" wide. I asked him was this the one for 99 dollars. He looked down at the tag and told me yes. He went to get a cart ro put it in because I was in the electric store scooter. At the end of the isle I grabbed the basket and pulled it behind me to check out. The lady told me that I couldn't use my military ID because I had to pre register online. Well that really pissed me off. She then rang up the attic stairs and told me 188 and some odd cents. I said no that it was supposed to be 99 dollars and she said no that I had the wrong one. I said no and left the store without the attic stairs. I was so freaking mad. What a waste of my time.
