On a Tuesday afternoon, very much in need of a customer service makeover. This location appears to have plenty of staff, most (not all) seem to have mastered the art of "looking busy" so you are really on your own in this store. Personally, I find it quicker and less stressful to use the app to locate the item I am looking for. When it comes to checking out, there are plenty of registers but it is rare to find more than one open unless you include the service desk.

There's one star rated because it would not let me post without giving at least 1 star....Let's start from the beginning...my family and I went to Lowe's store #2885 to have our kitchen remodel worked up because I had previously worked for Lowe's for 5 years. Back when I worked there, customer service was top priority but now it obviously in at the bottom. We began in the flooring department, set up the detail for the contractor to come out and measure, then ventured onto cabinets and set up that detail. It took over 2 weeks to ever hear anything back from Lowe's once the measurements were done and even then, the flooring and counter top measurements were not right and they had to send another associate out to remeasure. Keep in mind, throughout all this, we were not contacted, we had to initiate the contact the majority of the time to get any follow up. Next step is deciding that Lowe's in over priced on flooring installation so we bought our product and had an outside contractor install our floors. So now, that its not a bundle install with counters and floor, the detail has to be reworked again! Hassle, Hassle, Hassle, refund re-bill counters, installation of counters gets pushed back again another 2 weeks and today the installer comes out, rips out our counter tops and goes to install the new ones, but they've been cut and made wrong so now we are without counters in one section of our kitchen and left to wait on an out of state manufacturer fixes their mistake!!! Keep in mind, back splash can't be installed by our outside contractor until the tops are complete so we now have d walls throughout our kitchen as well!!!! And do you think a manager has called us about any of this fiasco? NOPE! NOT ONCE!

Great store, always clean and well stocked. It's in a smaller town, so it tends to be a little less crowded than other stores.

Few clerks available to help customers, in Montg. AL store. Disastrous results for order for Pergo Flooring ordered 7-08-18 from Macon Ga. store. With UPS TRACKING NUMBER, for 3 boxes flooring ordered; Lowes, after 2 months lost flooring, maintained flooring ordered WAS NEVER PICKED UP BY UPS..... ( yet Lowes reported tracking numbers, & reported order was tracked to Atlanta). Never delivered! After attempting to find flooring, working with UPS , and Lowes store, Lowes credited Credit Carrd for charges made on card..advising UPS never picked up order. WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS GOING ON??? AT THATSTORE???
