Found the products I needed. Ladies in the entrance by the lumber could have been more helpful. Actually a customer helped me more than store employee. It doesn't hurt to smile. Maybe if she had walked away from stocking for a second, it would have given her a new perspective on what she was doing. 🐝

A storm hit as I walked in to purchase several large bags of soil. Kyle had no qualms about going outside in the rain to get what I needed. He waited patiently while I checked out, walked to my vehicle with me and loaded my truck. Very helpful and much appreciated. Thank you!

One of the department managers Bill, I believe is his name. Was very helpful. He was helping me with end of the year clearance items. He was great!

My experience with the installation of windows was a nightmare. It took about 2 months from when my windows were ordered to schedule an appointment to have them installed. Only after multiple calls to salespeople, in store visits and finally corporate office did they get it scheduled. I had to call over 2 weeks for them to pickup the large metal delivery pallet left in front of my house. Some windows were installed slightly askew and one was incorrectly ordered. Of course it was another couple months before the right window was ordered and installed. The contractor (Alabama Dream Homes) can hardly ever be reached and their explanation for installing windows that can't open without being left partly unscrewed on the sashes is that my walls were so crooked. I refused to sign the job completion invoice until they fixed it. They didn't fix it and never even called to follow up. What type of professional business accepts a job if they can't do it right. Definitely won't be using them for the rest of the renovation. I've already wasted 5 stressful months of shoddy workmanship on a job that only took 2-3 days of actual time.

Always stocked good but there is never anyone to help with the little things. That being said, if you go here be sure you know exactly what you need. I'd almost call this the Walmart of hardware stores
