Hats off to Kendrick for being able to handle multiple customer requests at once. I appreciate his hard work and calm demeanor given the number of customers requesting assistance. I challenge the management staff at this location to better support employees like Kendrick by hiring additional staff and immediately responding to their employees' needs (needing forklifts, hydraulic lifts, intercoms for requesting additional assistance, etc.). Not doing this will only continue to create an unpleasant experience for customers and burden excellent employees like Kendrick.

Customer service is poor! I've had several visits where representatives were more interested in chit chatting with each other rather than assisting customers wishing to make expensive purchases. If you ever purchase a new appliance insure you get the correct make and model or you may find yourself taking home a cheaper model. I refuse to shop at my local store until they hire intelligent management and employees.

Older store. Been thru a lot of personnel and managers over the years. Like all the “Big Box” stores, help is few and far between. If you do find someone to assist you, BEWARE. More times than not, they don’t have any more of a clue than you. All in all...I prefer Lowe’s over Home Depot. At least Lowe’s has never said or supported anything unAmerican unlike their competitors. Who’ve been known to trash our military on more than one occasion (I don’t shop anywhere that trashes our military). Common sense is a good trait to have when you go into these places. You’re liable to find clothes hangers in the outdoor garden department, speaker wire in the glass cutting area, etc. Don’t expect to get in and out quickly as no one employed there is in any big hurry. All that being said, the good news is that if your committed to finding something, and you manage to look in the right place, they probably have it 99% of the time.

Waited 30 minutes in line for a pick up order. Then was told to go in a different line. When I got to that line was told the other person could help me. Waited 30 more minutes. Between getting into different lines and going from customer service to the pick up area nobody could help me. The lady at pick up disappeared during all this. The lady at customer service had no clue what was up or down. After a Little more than an hour I told them I would take my 500.00 dollars and my business to Home Depot. I order online so I can pick up supplies fast, not wait around for half my day. And to top everything else off I could see my order the entire time I was waiting. It was no more than 10 feet away from me. I even told one of the employees there is my order. The only thing she could say was and she yelled "YOU CANT GO BACK THERE". So after I got home I called the 1-800 Lowe's help customer service line. After I told this lady what had happened she hung up on me before we finished our call. And I was very polite to her. To say the least, Lowe's has lost my family's business.
