Overall a poorly managed and staffed store. I tried to buy rolls of insulation from them, but water was dripping from the rolls. Not just a little water, but large quantities. The staff appeared to be angry because I would not take the wet insulation. I tried to return a few extra items from a major renovation project. They refused to take anything with a receipt. I offered them my "My Lowes" account which would have all of my purchases. They said the My Lowes account would not work. Lowes web site states you can return items with your receipt or "My Lowes" . There have been many other small issues that prove to me that this is a poorly managed store. That is too bad. I am just a frustrated customer.

I was able to find what I needed, and ask them for advice, and was out the door. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I went inside to use the restroom and buy something after. I went to the restrooms at the back of the store, where I knew they were. When I got there I noticed that they had place "employees only" signs on all of the doors of and near the restrooms. Now, Lowed a store where you cannot use the restroom. A lot of women are going to stop shopping here once they find out. Most of the employees are rude and cold. A man opened the exit door for me and I said,"Than you," and smiled. He just gave me a hate stare and didn't say a word. He is very unlike an Alabaman. Alabama is at risk to lose their charm. I see too much lack of Southern hospitality. While I am refreshed by the sweetness and good nature of most Alabamans, about 15% of them are rude and even abusive. At 15% it is a dangerous number. With those odds it can be a challenge to hold onto being truly Southern.

I drove from Atmore Alabama to deisign my kitchen and bathroom and I couldn't any of your employees to help me so I'm leaving very disappointed in your buisness. I am a store manager myself and one thing I can take pride in is my employee's customer service. In this area your store can use improving.
