Went to Lowe's Garden Dept this morning to buy mulch. When I finally got to the check out, I advised the "trainee" ( her trainer/supervisor sat behind her) that I would buy 8 bags of a specific brand of mulch if they would load it onto the truck. No problem. I told her and her supreme 4 different times the brand I wanted. I paid and went to the area I was directed. The young man went to pick up the mulch and I told him that I didn't ask for that brand. He sent me back to the registers. The Supr. looked baffled, then agreed to refund the purchase. She couldn't seem to find the code for the brand I wanted and took off. She finally returned and I went through the purchase again. She told me to get my truck and they would load it in a few minutes. 20 minutes later I'm standing in front of her again...She got on the radio and a girl yelled back that she and another man were busy loading a big shed. No indication as to when they would be available. I asked the supr. when would the mulch get loaded...." They'll get to it." I told her I couldn't spend all morning waiting. I told she might as well refund my money. She did.....it's a shame only 2 people in all of Lowe's can load anything from gardening. I suggest we should all find some where else to buy gardening supplies. There must be someone who is willing to help their customers.

Had to return a large amount of left over construction materials from a big project at our church. The young lady in returns handled it quickly and was very helpful with a great attitude. Thankful for her help. Customer service is the make or break for any business. She made the experience very good.

They have great sales. But you can never get any assistance. Lots of people walking around with red vests looking busy. I will pay a higher price and continue to shop at Home Depot.

Nice, clean store & a friendly, knowledgeable staff, help to make certain your shopping experience is second to none. Found everything (6 items), with a quick, "where do I find ..." & the Lowe's staff were even willing to walk me to each item.
