Not organised and hard to find prices on merchandise..Some bargains are good but not all merchandise is worth it..

Pure chaos. Lots of stuff that tries to look like a bargain. After 20 min I grabbed some napkins just to realize that the line at the register was moving like a glacier before climate change hit. Not sure what audience they are trying to target. It's not me. The second star is for an angelically patient employee that I overheard trying to explain to a customer the duration of a an advertised sale.

Wasn't a very good atmosphere in the store, and everything was just all over the place. Wish they would clean up to place more

The deals were not as great as I thought they would be, and the staff is not very friendly. It is a pretty good place to go waste an hour or so during your lunch break, though. I enjoyed looking through their book selection, which pleasantly surprised me.

I believe some one over the store manager needs to come in and settle things correctly with their employees. I am no where near satisfied to the point where my daughter came home from her FIRST day of work in this store. This store needs to reevaluate how they want to convey with the employees because if they treat their own staff with disrespect then it is likely to treat a customer with disrespect. My daughter felt belittled when the manager talked in a vulgar, contemptuous tone by using profanity. She wasn't properly trained. This is unacceptable and all out just wrong. When she has helded the same and/or higher positions with other top well known companies as such as; Target,Hardee's,& Hibbett Sports.
