A pleasant experience. First, I enjoy using my "My Low's" card. I have a handy record of all my Lowe's purchases on my smartphone and computer. Lowe's is accessible online, so I can check if the item I am looking for is in stock. Lastly, Lowe's employees are always very helpful. Whether cutting lumber or helping to locate washers, customer service is knowledgeable and accommodating.

I've been in other Lowe's stores that are better and worse. The electrical department is top-notch here. Don is probably one of the best employees Lowes has.

This Lowe’s has a lot of deals. Make sure you use the app to locate items. It will make your life easier.

I like to order online and pick up in the store. It's fast and efficient. Adrianna is the best.

I went there to purchase flooring. I asked for help from Paul/Bob, he was "too" busy to assist so he called for back up, three times; twenty minutes later I go to the courtesy desk and explain the situation to Kim(?), so she calls a manager and says to go back to flooring and wait. I go back, fifteen minutes later, I give up! I go by the courtesy desk and explain to her I give up! We are talking over 1/2 hour, I saw all kinds of employees and NO one would answer the call to help, NOT even a manager!! For a moment I thought I was at Home Depot! LOL! Lowe's REALLY dropped the ball, unfortunately I did go across the street a purchased my flooring from Home Depot.
