Lowe's Home Improvement

This use to be a great store until recent. I went to pick up a order for a job I was doing for a friend. She had placed the order, paid for it, and was notified by Lowe's that her order was ready for pickup. We arrived Monday morning at 7:30 am and went to the contractors desk. We gave them our information and told them we were there for the materials. They looked on the computer and told us it was ready but they would have to check with a employee that worked in the flooring department to see where it was staged. We went back and found this employee and he looked on his computer and said he had not pulled the order and it would have it ready in about 30 minutes. Three hours later we loaded up the order minus about 16 items that they said were on order. When we arrived at the Lady's house with the materials she called and spoke with the manager of the store named Josh. Josh told her that almost everything was at the store that we just did not want to pick it up yet. She ask us with him still on the phone if that was true and we replied no we waited three hours and they said that was all they had and the rest was ordered. Monday evening my working partner and I carried some shingles and trim coil that was sent the wrong color back for return. We asked to see Josh the store manager to inquire about the lie he told the customer and was told he was at lunch. We worked on the project until we needed the other material to go any further and went back to the store Friday. After spending over two more hours in the store waiting on workers to get the other items on the original order we finally got everything but a few items which were still on order. We talked with Josh the store manager which had already told the lady twice that we were working for that we did not pick up most of the items because we told them we did not need them yet. When ask he denied saying this. When ask about the order not being pulled as reported he offered no apologies for anything and refused to look up from his computer when talking. My working partner and I have already lost a day's work because of poor management of manager Josh. I have to say of all the business I have done in stores all over the south, store manager Josh is the poorest manager and man I have ever come across. There is some really good employees there that are very knowledgeable but overall the store seems to lack in employee accountability. It is very evident that their system for pulling orders is not working and lacks management. I guess you can't expect the system to be any better than store manager Josh.

Treated like someone they know and want to help. Associates are always friendly and don't make me feel ashamed to use my Veterans Discount like other businesses.

I don’t see how these people are even in business. The worst service I’ve seen in a while. Plenty of staff standing around while people need help. No wonder prices are so high. Fire these people and lower prices!

The staff was super friendly and like normal, they helped me find the right tools and lumber that I needed to get my home repaired for Hurricane Irma! I love this location because you can't Beat the friendly staff and the knowledge that they have. May go above and beyond out of their way to make sure that you are Satisfied and have everything that you need!

Great experience in and out everything was easy to find.
