While this is a good clean store it ranks last on my list for all the lowes I've used before (which is still first on my list above home depot). I say that for the lack of customer/staff help and their attitudes. usually it's like I stepped right out of the south and landed in some impersonable city. They are knowledgeable (mostly) when you do get help but WHEN is the operative word here. I like to order out as much as I can from here and not come in to often. Their phone staff is really good and I've always hung up glad I called instead of driving down. Deliveries: I will give them 5 stars on their deliveries. It's always been on time if not early. The truck guys really take their time to get it off the truck safely, it's never been damaged, and they always put it where i want it even when that's just out of their normal perimeters. Of particular note are the delivery guys of my last delivery. Ryan and Scott. If they staffed the store with more Ryans and Scotts I'd shop there more often and refer others there.I would have given them 3 stars but those two guys gave them an extra star

Normally. Very pleased with Lowe's. However after purchasing a $3000 lawnmower months ago, surprised at their lack of concern when it needs a new battery. Rather than deal with anymore of their excuses, I'll buy my own battery, and not much more from them.
