Customer service in the outdoor/flower area TERRIBLE. Very RUDE associates. First trip ever to LOWES and last. Shopping for Mother's Day flowers was great until we got to the checkout. Almost asked for a refund to take my business elsewhere. Your product in store looks amazing. However, the customer service expectations are obviously set to a LOW standard. The female employee was irritated with each customer that came through her lane. Just terrible to watch and ultimately experience. Will shop Home Depot from now on.

I went into Lowes to buy an item, and ended up looking at another item for a future purchase. I asked an employee for help locating the item, and while they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he showed me a similar product. He didn't pressure me into buying it, and left me to discuss it with my husband, which I greatly appreciate. I didn't get his name, but whoever he is, I appreciate his helpfulness, and for not being a pushy salesman.

I had great service this trip. I do think ad matching should be done at customer service. There was a man ad matching about 20 items holding up the line. Something needs to be done about this.

Employees seemed to be exasperated at every turn. The store was fairly busy and there seem to be in abundance of employees preparing for a Memorial Day sale. 8 customers were in line waiting to check out and one cashier had to register to service them. A few Self Service Lanes could have remedy the problem too few cashiers.
