Went to the paint department doing a project I'd never done before. The young lady there was very helpful. She walked me through the whole thing was patient with me while I picked out a color. Show me the tools I would need. Also gave me some helpful hints on chalk painting. Now I'm not as apprehensive about beginning the project as I was. Wish I would have got her name. Great customer service. Young in her early twenties. She had on turquoise color glasses.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!! worst customer service and managers ever. I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else. And if you get to talk to manager Jessica, you might as well hang up and talk to a brick wall, the wall is probably going to more helpful and probably even nicer than her. This store likes to send your equipment you bought, to other people who have a lot of money instead of to you even though it was scheduled for delivery 10 days prior. We will never shop with these awful people again.

22 min on hold while driving to the store. Another 3 min next to the item I wanted to buy with two employees talking to each other. Went to employee stating I'm still on hold to know if item was in stock. I made the $299.00 purchase because I needed it. Went to front to make purchase as item is brought up from back warehouse. One lane open at 5pm. Went to service desk and asked to make purchase as if I'm an inconvenience to her. Appreciate the item was in stock yet seemed the process was not customer friendly.

They have self check out, but most of the time they keep them off/ unavailable what a waste of a resource and to aggravate a customer over it. Something they could fix without upsetting a customer and creating their own negative feedback due to something that could be resolved internally without it costing them much more. I do not understand our society creating resistance to customer service when they have what it takes to be the best.

I have never seen such a helpful crew ; as I did at Lowe's today. The man who worked in water heaters was a great help. He even made sure I had the correct wire I would need ; as well show me how to use the "shark" fitting I needed to use. Then several young men asked if I needed help loading the water heater I bought. I wish Wal Mart workers were that much help.
