My wife and I returned to Hadinger to buy a rug. Having spent lots of money with them previously - we were confident shopping with them. We took samples home, and picked our style and size. The next day, we returned our samples, and left word for our salesperson to call us back. She called the next day, took our information so she could call and check availability. When she called back, she advised us it would be 4 to 6 weeks, so we gave her our credit card. After 6 weeks, we called to check status. At first, there was no order found. Then our rug was in a boat. Then it was backordered. Now at 16 weeks, the rug still isn’t here. We tried to cancel and Hadinger says no - because it takes up to 6 months for a rug to be Ordered. We ordered based on incorrect information. Now there’s no refund. No rug. No happiness. Do not order anything here. Lots of other options. We’re not done with this. The old adage that “the customer is always right” absolutely doesn’t apply at Hadinger. Now the employee assisting us seems to have a grudge. Nice!

The staff at Hadinger Flooring was very helpful to us in our purchases of rugs for our home. They had many high quality selections to choose from and the delivery was very quick. The staff is courteous and responsive when I had any questions that came up. Will definitely be recommending to friends!

Just had several perfect floors installed. The salesperson Steven Cootware was great and attentive. Very happy with our installation ad Hadinger's attention to detail even after the sale.

I was new to the area and needed tile in 3 rooms. Hadinger came highly recommended and for good reason. Sales was great (Murphy M.) and although I was nervous not knowing who would be installing, I was thrilled with the result. Miguel and Antonio did a wonderful job and we hardly knew they were in our home. Thank you!

Initial installation of our large job was good, but subsequent service and additional work was extremely poor. I am still waiting to hear from the the service management who have neither shown up for appointments nor gotten back to me to address issues. Very frustrating. A service provider is only as good as their ability to address problems. I would advise customers to go elsewhere.
