Recently bought carpet from these folks after finding them ranked well in Google. The salesman was on-time, professional and provided a timely quote based on the options we chose. It all however went wrong when the installation happened. They called us to install earlier than expected, but it seems they were trying to squeeze us into a spot wherein someone cancelled, so the hope on their end was to complete the work in one single day. They then sent only two guys out: one very good who did all the work and one who did nothing but grouse and complain loudly all day. Ive always wondered why people who clearly hate their work continue to do it at all? At any rate, they didnt complete the job in one day, then attempted to pull the "crew" onto another job the next day. After calling to complain we had adjusted a major furniture delivery based on their moving the date up, they sent out their installation manager to berate my wife while I was away about my complaints. Needless to say, cannot recommend.
