They tend to have better prices than Lowe's but sometimes less stuff or the prices are so good that they go out of stock. But people there are very nice. One time, there was a patio set I really wanted and it didn't say it was out of stock but ended up being a reserved set already taken. I was offered a percentage off for their mistake. She said cause my mother and I were so patient. I just was there and I am not good planter but have taken an interest in it. Without even asking for help the lady in the garden area took the time to tell us about any and every plant we took an interest in. She even suggested some really beautiful ones. We took a bunch home because of it. The only thing I can say is that the paint department needed more help. The lady that handled us was very nice but she was juggling a lot of people. At Lowe's we get our paint fast and people come up to us and ask if we need any help in that department.

I am a Bonifay fl hurricane Michael survivor. 4 two days I was looking 4 a generator 4 my home. I called every where and this store had gotten a delivery in. I told the manager I was on my way and they said they were just getting them off the truck. When I got there the manger and 1 other sales man were wonderful they got me every thing I need and loaded my generator into my truck wonderful ppl nice store. Ty Home Depot 4 taking care of me.

Kenny in the lumber yard is a joke! This guy literally stood “consulting” with someone for 15 minutes when there is a huge line of other people needing assistance. He refuses to even acknowledge customers or, quite frankly, provide any level of service at all. He can’t even organize his own department. There are aisles closed for no reason and tons of lumber items with no prices. What gives? I really have never seen anything like it. Why not say hey we’ll be right there, or call for help? What should have been a 10 minute trip just took 40 minutes. Obviously this is someone who wants to put in the least effort possible. Terrible!

God bless the Home Depot for all they do to make contractors lives easier. Not likr those blue guys who want you to spend all your day trying to find things in their maze of a store.
