This is a nice large store with a friendly helpful staff. The bathrooms are large and clean. When we asked for help the gentleman told us the exact aisle and bay where to find our items. I like the fact that they have a very good selection of batteries as well that are competitively priced.

Went on a Wednesday morning to buy paint but they only had one guy working the paint counter with several contractors waiting. I decided to come back in the evening. No one was at the paint counter so I had to go to CS and ask for assistance. By this time I'm really becoming frustrated cause I just want my paint! Don came over to assist and saved the day. Extremely helpful and friendly. My husband and I both left happy and glad Don was able to help. He stopped the madness. 😉

It is hard to go someone to help you locate the items you came to get. They need the employee call buttons let Lowe's has. I asked for help in the rebar area and the person I spoke to said he worked the garden center and was just passing by coming from lunch. No help at all. Luckily, another shopper came by and hear me talking to the guy from the garden center and helped me find the items I came in for. Get more employees more familiar with the other areas of the store.

If I could put a -* for there protection plan I would. The door handle fell off, the only way to fix it is to take the door apart to be able to tighten the screws. One of which fell down in the door.Protection plan only covers Mechanical parts. THAT IS WHAT WE PAID $200.00 FOR? I am 70yrs old. Why not take advantage of people. Thanks for nothing. Very dissatisfied!!
